Each client undertaking consultation, is assessed individually and prescribed bespoke medicine based on a holistic model of health. Each client purchasing a remedy is fully responsible for complying with product advice and cautions written on the label.
I endeavour to provide you with the highest quality herbal medicines that I can source. Occasionally, raw materials become unavailable in the supply chain, and this may result in some medicines being out of stock. In this case, a suitable alternative will be recommended.
My goal is to provide quality herbal healthcare to everyone in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations cause inconvenience for myself and other customers. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify at least 48h in advance. A full refund will be issued if cancellations are made in advance. Please be aware that consultations must be paid for in full prior to the appointment.
I post U.K. prescriptions and remedies between once and twice weekly through the Royal Mail Tracked 24® service. This allows you to track when the parcel leaves my dispensary, and expects delivery within 2 days from that date.
