Whether you're looking for uniquely educational entertainment for your child's birthday party, a bespoke workshop for your club, or you'd just love to offer young people an amazingly nourishing wellness circle -
I would love to hear from you!
This year I taught 7 cohorts of children on the prestigous Junior Herbalist Club course, have introduced over 1200 people to botanical apothecary skills, and create seasonal workshops for my local community. I'm devoted to connecting people with the plants in a way that empowers us to take charge of our own health! When we work with our hands on the healing herbs of the earth, we address humanity's disconnection from the natural world and regulate our frazzled nervous systems.
Practical skills in medicine-making is what we need at the heart of every healthy self-sufficient community.
Join me for flower-fuelled fun, plant potions, and the magic & myths of traditional remedies.
And more...
Everything we make will have healing properties.
I use wild foraged, organic and ethically sourced herbs.
Allergies and aversions can be accommodated.
Worksheets, recipes, or other supplemental information can be provided.
Make it an unforgettable plant power day!

At the root of my herbal work is a desire to create vibrant and harmonious relationships with ourselves, others, nature and the future.
I teach more than 60 children each month the ways that the plants can support their own and their family's health, covering a huge variety of preparations and the fundamental tenets of herbal medicine.
As part of a growing group of Junior Herbalist Leaders in the U.K., I hope to help forge a resilient strategy for improving the wellbeing of the next generation. At the Junior Herbalist Club we meet every month from September through June to study a different plant and learn how to transform it into seasonal medicine appropriate to children's and family health.
I currently have space for 4 more children on my monthly classes at Pimp Hall Nature Reserve in Chingford.

Zoe and I have been working together for a few years now, after meeting randomly on a herbal course at the other end of the country & discovering that we lived only a mile apart!
We have taught apothecary skills to hundreds of people who want to have fun making potions together whilst learning about how to take their health into their own hands with nature’s medicine.
We team up for big events + travel nationally - spreading the word about plant remedies so that you have the tools to keep yourself well.
